Tunnel all your internet traffic through a socks proxy:

netsh winhttp set proxy proxy-server="socks=localhost:9090" bypass-list="localhost"

View the current proxy settings:

netsh winhttp show proxy

Clear all proxy settings:

netsh winhttp reset proxy
